Karlotta as always is a blend of Chardonnay and Welschriesling / Italian Riesling, which captivates with its friendliness and fruitiness. Made with a lot of love and time in the barrel, and bottled without filtration or fining, Karlotta is a natural beauty on its own. It's also a perfect match with any fish, but goes well with vegetarian dishes too, especially with asparagus.

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation happened spontaneously which was followed by 10 months in used barriques on fine lees. In the early stages, the lees were stirred regularly by hand (battonage sur lie). Unfined and unfiltered. After bottling, we aged the wine an additional six months in cellar before releasing to market.
