2017 was a perfect vintage with ideal weather and perfect grapes.
Following the hand harvest, the grapes were given a maceration period of six weeks in open wooden barrels. We first did the punch down by hand, later we pumped over.
This wine was matured for 16 months in used Hungarian and French barriques.
It was bottled unfiltered and unfined with a low dose of sulphur.
