New vintage and 2016 was a very good vintage, so enjoy!
Following the hand harvest on october 10th, the grapes were given a maceration period of one month in open wooden barrels. As always, we did the punch downs by hand.
This wine was matured for 18 months in used Hungarian and French barriques.
It was bottled unfiltered and unfined with a low dose of sulphur.
